Tara Tibetan
In Tibetan Buddhism what is the difference between the Green and White Tara?
According to Tibetan Buddhism, Tara was born out of the tears of compassion of the bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara. It is said that he wept as he looked upon the world of suffering beings, and his tears formed a lake in which a lotus sprung up. When the lotus opened, the goddess Tara was revealed.
A similar tradition has White Tara born from the tears of Avalokiteshvara's left eye and the Green Tara born from those of his right. In a third legend, Tara was born from a beam of blue light emanating from one of the eyes of Avalokiteshvara. Tara is also the consort of Avalokiteshvara.
Green Tara, with her half-open lotus, represents the night, and White Tara, with her lotus in full bloom, symbolizes the day. Green Tara embodies virtuous activity while White Tara displays serenity and grace. Together, the Green and White Taras symbolize the unending compassion of the goddess who labors day and night to relieve suffering.

I am interested in learning kung fu, but can't decide between two schools?
One school teaches Tibetan White Crane http://www.whitecranekungfu.us/Welcome.html
The other teaches northern mantis http://www.northernmantis.com/home.html
I'm posting this here with the hopes that somebody has some knowledge of the schools, or the instructors, or the styles themselves
I am an athletic 17 year old boy, I don't expect that I will be unable to perform in the physical aspect of learning either form. Thanks in advance for all answers
Do some research and choose the school that has the best teacher.

White Tara
How do you get this Black and White sort of smoothed out Effect for a photo?
http://i581.photobucket.com/albums/ss258/xo_TARA/yup.jpg
What kind of program/website/effect makes this? Thank so much!
I'd do it with Lucisart SE or Noiseware. They both do a great job.
This is my wonderful wife with Lucisart
http://www.pbase.com/inspzil/image/114170381
It does a really nice job of blending and softening without losing detail in the eyes.
This is my friend's daughter with Noiseware
http://www.pbase.com/inspzil/image/118153557
Also does a nice job and keeps the eyes sharp.
I think this is the effect you're going for. Good Luck.

Tara Buddha
Who was the next enlightened Buddha after Siddhārtha Gautama?
Later on, there were many more (like HoTei and the Taras).... but who was the 2nd?
You need to clarify Your Question
edit
Doesn't look like you are going to
Lets try and make some sense of what You have offered
There are four Buddha's out of a total of 1.000 who will visit this world to reveal The Dhamma
Lord Buddha Shakamuni was the fourth
The second was Lord Buddha Medhankara
Ho Tei is not a Buddha He was an emanation of the Bodhisattva Maitreya who will be the Fifth Buddha
The tara's are not Buddhas
In the Tibetan Tradition the most widely known being white green and red are Boddhisattva's
Some claim they are not
They are some Princess from way back who some how or other got promotion I don't know the full story regarding them and have no interest in finding out
There does seem to be some Schools who tend to term their Teachers "A Second Buddha" The New Kadampa's is one example that comes to mind
Because they say it doesn't mean that it is true
make up Your own mind
May this help
