Shabbat Candle
How do you determine when to light the candles on shabbat in winter in Iceland?
In Iceland, in winter, the sun doesn't really ever rise on some days - and in summer, it doesn't set. What do Jews in Iceland go by on those days? After all, shabbat candles are lit at sunset. If it never sets, what time do they go by instead?
Both of the jews in Iceland just light the candles at 9 o'clock. In all seriousness though, I i'm Icelandic and know of no jews in iceland, we are a bunch of agnostic evangelical lutherans.

Sabbath Candle
Shavuah Tov Lyrics?
Hi, Everyone! I'm looking for "Shavuah Tov" lyrics... it's the version that people usually sing at summer camp (Tamarack, Ramah, Pearlstein, etc.)... here' s how it starts off... if you know the rest, PLEASE let me know what it is:
Shavuah Tov
May you have a good week
May you find the hapiness you seek
Shavuah Tov
May your week be fine
May it be as sweet as the Sabbath wine
The twisted candle brightens our hearts
As together we watch the Sabbath depart
(that's all I know!)
It's a Havdalah Song
I don't know the lyrics, but try this website to see if they have them: Totshabbat.com

How is Tisha B'av observed?
and does it have the same restrictions as shabat like no driving? Do you have to light a candle and if so when? Thanks.
No, it is not like that at all. No lighting candles, you can drive, and do pretty much most of the things we usually do. (See, I'm on the PC right now ) Tisha B'av is mourning the day that the Beit HaMikdash (temple) was destroyed and the exile of Israel. Most observant Jews fast from the night before until 24 hours later (approx, because Jewish holidays start at night). The night that it starts, we read Megillat Eicha, which is a very sad book, with a lot of sad quotes and sayings. There are also traditions like not to be too comfortable (i.e. not wearing leathers shoes, not sitting on overly comfortable chairs, some don't sleep with pillows, not washing up, not using deodorant, not having sex, etc.)
It started tonight, (Hebrew calendar The ninth of Av (Tisha = nine in Hebrew, hence Tisha B'Av, varies on the English calendar) and will end tomorrow night.
