What would happen if a client made out a cheque to an unregistered business name?
I have a small graphic design business. However, since it's small and such, I haven't actually registered the name. If someone made a cheque out to the business name, rather than my real name, what would happen?
For now, I have clients making the cheque payable to me.

I don't know which country you are in so can't give a definites answer as I don't know how the law will affect this where you are. In the UK many small businesses are run with names that have not been registered with the authorities. As long as the bank knows that this is your "trade name" you should have no problem banking the cheque - indeed you may care to change the name on the bank account to J Bloggs trading as Joe Soap and then there would be no problem at all. Otherwise you may have to take evidence to show that the other name is your trade name. You should also of course let the tax authorities know your trading name.

Many photos and video recordings show similarities between religions as different people and different cultures.
I noticed this imponderable quality in Umbanda and the whirling Dervishes, transcendence caused by ecstasy can be compared, distinct impressions and antagonistic religious schools, may have affinity.
I am a medium of Umbanda.

For Muslims this is not a surprise story as Islam says that all religions now available are taught by prophets from time to time earlier and it later became polluted due to human interference in the teachings of prophets and thus became invalid. Around 1.24 Lakhs of various prophets were appointed by the God at various period for isolated societies and finally prophet Muhammad was appointed as last prophet for entire man kind with a holy book called Holy Quran valid for all human society until dooms day.and whatever previous prophets taught are approved as Islam by Muslims in its original form.

From Italy
How do I import a European Car from Italy? How much will it cost?
Heard European cars where cheaper to buy in Europe. I have a friend stationed in Italy and he can bring the car (BMW 745) to me when he returns. Or he can buy it there and I will buy it from him when he gets into the States. Are there any websites explaining this process? Will doing it this way be similar in cost, as just buying in the US retail.
All the cars I have checked were more expensive in Europe than here.
IF you find a deal that is better there than here, you need to make sure that it has all the anti smog equipment required here or else you'll have a huge expense making the changes here.
Transport will be about $2,000.
