What is the difference between Wicca & Pagan Religion?
Okay, first a quick response to the inaccurate answer above me. Chaos magic and Discordianism have nothing to do with Satanism in and of themselves; these are all three different paradigms. They're also not witchcraft (though there is a book called "The Satanic Witch", but it has a rather, er, creative interpretation of that word. Go plug each one into Wikipedia and you'll get a basic introduction to them.
Wiccan is to pagan as Catholic is to Christian. Paganism, or more properly, neopaganism, is an umbrella term for a variety of religions that are either reconstructions of pre-Christian religions that are no longer extant today, or are completely new creations. Wicca is one of the latter, being a mix of a few European pagan traditions that survived Christianity (though nowhere near enough to be a full religion themselves), Margaret Murray's shoddy research on witchcraft, and some material from Freemasonry and the Golden Dawn.
If you want to know more the best thing for you to do is to start reading to get a variety of perspectives. That's the best thing to get yourself the basics of Wicca and paganism. Here are a few sites to get you started:

As for books, here are my three of my favorites:
"21st Century Wicca" by Jennifer Hunter - the most grounded intro to Wicca I've found, not just the usual "stuff"
"Contemporary Paganism" by Graham Harvey - a basic overview of some of the more common neopagan religions
"The Four Powers: Magical Practice for Beginners of All Ages" by Nicholas Graham - takes an even broader view of neopaganism, ceremonial magic, shamanism, occultism, and others, and is a *really* good book for helping you to figure out where to take your path next
