My job has offered me benefits and I am clueless what is best,They offer 3 medical plans,Blue Cross of Ca.HMO or PPO or Kaiser Permanente.Also 2 dental choices through Guardian and Vision thrrough VSP and Life death dismemerment through Guardian.Is there a website/book for dummies like me.Help I have to fill out the papers and do not want to make mistakes.Anyone with good and bad experiences would be helpful.Thank you!

I'm divorced; my children are all grown up and financially independent; I've had 16 years of Roman Catholic Education. I originally came to Thailand as a Jesuit Lay Volunteer Missionary and live in Thailand now. I donated blood in June of 2007 and ever since then, the Red Cross has called home asking for another donation. I've declined all of them and they still call. How can I get them to remove my info from their database?
