Golden palaces
Silver chalices
Jeweled daggers
Purple skies
Darkened sands
Shaded eyes
Mountains, Tigers, Time
Deserts in seas
Castles in trees
Rainbow clouds
And clouded Earth
Lovers and Kings
Warriors and rings
Caravans in the sun
Roses in the moon
Marble and diamonds
Jaded serpents
In jeweled jungles
Dragon feathers and bird scales
Silken meadows and grassy sails
Colors and meaning
Twisting, careening
To grab a hold of the mind
And entice the spirit
Fear and beauty
Colliding with emotion
To be forgotten when awakened

It's okay. Very visual, but as far as literary technique goes, it's none too stellar. Reads a bit like a list; not that that's entirely bad, of course, just thought I'd mention.
