carpet, rug, mat burn while grappling?
i got 2 rug or mat burns on my upper back each is like 1 inch wide, there is no bleeding at all.
i washed it and cleaned it, applied neosprin or whatever cant spell it sorry, and some coconut butter and cover it with wet medical cotton, what else should i do for faster healing and less scaring??
1. keep are clean and dry (wash with warm water and mild soap)
2. if Blisters DO NOT pop them
3. DO NOT use the Coconut Butter!!!
4. Can use the neosporin remember a little goes a long ways Do Not gob it on (skin needs air to heal)
5.keep blisters covered with clean bandage, and replace them as needed.
6. a pain med can be used for pain
7. cool wash rag on them may also help with pain do not use ice packs on them as can get to cold and cause frostbite which is an other type of burn
8. were lose shirt and USE proper safety items when playing and doing sports.
