Ramadan: The "Hijab Bump" Issue and Long Hair?
I have read that having a bump under your hijab was a bad thing. What if the bump is in the back of your head rather than the top and it's because you have REALLY long hair? My hair goes ALL THE WAY down my back and it creates a bump no matter how flat I try to make it when I pin it up. And putting it down my shirt is not a a good option for me since with my fibromyalgia, the sensation of tickling/itching is actually excruciatingly painful for me at times (and often striking at random). Is it really that bad or is the fact that I'm trying my best ok? Because I can try to put my hair down my outfit, it's just going to be very hot and painful for me to do so. :-/

SubhanAllah, of course it's Ok to have your hair in whatever way you like under your Hijab.
It's your intentions here that matter. This whole thing about Hijab Bump is going too far.. and people making Allah's religion difficult for no reason.
When people tried to make things difficult.. Prophet saw said: "Allahu La Yuhibu Almutanati3in" (Allah does not love extremists). So lets not go to extreme.. and stick to the basic simple teachings of Islam, and clear our Intentions for Allah swt.
The ruling on the Hijab Hump came from a famous hadith about women in the last days.. having a hump on their heads like a camel. But those women are not Hijaby women... they are not even covered. So don't stress about this... make sure your intentions are pure.. and Do what is best for you and your health, while taking care of Allah's rule: Hijab.
