Who makes the X's on olives?
Who carves those little X's on whole olives? Maybe it comes from the branch they are plucked off of...they just seem so regular that it made me wonder.
X-men, perhaps? (Sorry, I thought it was funny!) That is a cut from where the pit is removed by machinery--everything is automated.
