Is it sacreligious to wear my St. Benedict medal from my Nanne's funeral even if I'm not a practicing Catholic?
I got a little St. Benedict medal at my Nanne's funeral, and have worn it as a necklace ever since, but I'm not a practicing Catholic. I was baptized Catholic as a baby, just haven't ever practiced it. So is it sacreligious to wear my St. Benedict medal anyway?
No.
Asking St. Benedict to pray for you by wearing his medal is a good thing to do. It is not sacreligious.
Maybe someday it will help lead you back to the Church.
